Our employees know exactly what they are doing, because we place a great value on education and training. We conduct regularly in-house trainings, among other on the subject of fire and accident prevention, FCOS Guidelines (work safety), checking for machinery and equipment for defects, material knowledge or chemistry. In addition, our people attend external courses on window- and carpet cleaning, spray and high pressure cleaning, sanitary cleaning, parquet and natural stone knowledge and German courses as well. Till today we have trained 12 cleaners and 11 business students. We are constantly striving to provide young people with an optimal entry chance into the professional world.
